A patio cover is the piece of glass nobody thinks about until the light coming through it turns grey. Facing straight up under trees and rain, it collects pollen in spring, dust and sap all summer, and a film of algae and roof grit through the wet months. Because you mostly see it from underneath, it fades slowly enough that you stop noticing — until it's cleaned and the whole space feels brighter.
We clean covers the same way we clean upper-storey glass: water-fed poles and purified, deionised water, worked over the panels and rinsed off. The purified water carries no minerals, so it dries without spotting and leaves nothing behind for the next round of dirt to stick to. No harsh chemicals anywhere near your furniture or planting.
Tap water dries and leaves its dissolved minerals on the surface as spots. Deionised water has none, so the panels dry clear without anyone needing to climb up and towel them off.
Patio cover panels and their seals don't take kindly to high pressure. Poles and purified water do the job without forcing water into the joints or marking the surface.
Left long enough, mineral deposit and algae bond into the surface and start to dull it permanently. Staying ahead of it is far cheaper than replacing panels.
