Surrey is the biggest city we serve and easily the most varied. A 1970s rancher in Newton, a three-storey new build in Clayton Heights, and an oceanview home above Crescent Beach are three completely different jobs, and pricing a Surrey property properly means actually looking at it rather than quoting off a postcode.
It's also a city that's been building fast. A lot of Surrey housing stock is under twenty years old, with the tall stairwell windows and two-storey great-room glass that modern builders favour — beautiful, and impossible to reach from inside with a cloth.
